Return Policy

At VASTRIA, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Items are unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • You have the original invoice or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Hand over the package to our delivery partner

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value. If you choose an item of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference. If you choose an item of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.

Return Shipping

Return shipping guidelines:

  • Free for returns due to our error (damaged, incorrect items)
  • ₹99 for domestic (India) standard returns (customer responsibility)
  • We offer reverse pickup in major cities across India
  • For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse using a reliable trackable courier service. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before a refund is posted)
  • Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
